The Radiant plugin for the Savant Genome Browser technically speaking is a collection of modules and a framework of reusable components. Those modules are used to read and provide visualization for the analytical applications outputs developed in the Radiant project.
The “Radiant Framework” is a collection of widgets and of custom "track glyphs" that can be assembled along with basic statistics elaborations to provide explorative charts of on-track visualized data.
This architecture has been set up to simplify the development of new visualizations tools. An epigenome module is available and additional modules are under development.
